Teams Goes to White Screen After Sign In

When you launch the desktop app Teams and sign in, it goes to a white screen.

  1. Close Teams and Outlook
  2. Open File Explorer
  3. Delete the Teams folder at the location below:

    C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft
  4. Restart Teams
