Microsoft 365 support and licensing in Tampa

Your Tampa business runs on Microsoft 365 whether it meant to or not. We set it up to one standard, secure it, support every person on it, and keep the licensing readable on one bill.

Set up once, to one standard

The Tampa offices we take over usually have Microsoft 365 already. What they do not have is a standard: who gets which license, how a new hire is set up on day one, where files live and who can share them outside, which protections are on. We bring every client to the same standard, the one we have refined across Florida since the beginning, and we keep it there when Microsoft changes something every month. Microsoft named us Surface Modern Deployment Partner of the Year in 2019 for exactly that discipline, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner today.

What a license costs, and why you can see it

Microsoft's licensing confuses accountants on purpose, or so it seems from Tampa. On our plans every license is its own line on your Protected Trust invoice, named the way Microsoft names it, at Microsoft's published price. Complete runs on Microsoft 365 Business Premium for each person because it carries the protection and the device tools the plan depends on; frontline people on a phone or a shared tablet use F3. Each time someone joins or leaves, the licenses are reviewed, so your invoice follows your headcount.

Moving a Tampa office onto Microsoft 365

From an old server in a Ybor warehouse office, from a hosted provider, or from another Microsoft tenant after a merger: a move is a project with a written plan and a written price before anything happens. People stop on Friday and start on Monday with their mail, their files and their calendars where they left them, and the old system stays up until the new one is proven.

Teams, phones and Copilot

Most Tampa clients meet in Teams more than in any room. We make calls, meetings and shared files behave, and when it is time for your phone numbers to live in Teams, that is a project we run often. Microsoft Copilot is switched on only after your data is protected from it, at $30 per person, per month on top of Complete.

Questions people ask

Plain answers.

We already pay Microsoft directly. Why move the licensing to you?

So one invoice shows what is ours and what is Microsoft's, line by line, and so someone reviews the licenses every time your headcount changes.

Which license does a Tampa business need?

Business Premium on Concierge IT plans; F3 for people who work from a phone or shared device; E5 past three hundred people.

Can you merge two Microsoft 365 tenants after an acquisition?

Yes. It is a project, planned and quoted first, and it is one we have done for Tampa companies more than once.

What does it cost?

Microsoft 365 support is part of Concierge IT for Business, $125 per person, per month, with licenses separate at Microsoft's prices. Licenses alone with a number to call are the Essentials plans on the pricing page.
