Let's talk

Brand

Our name, our logo, and how to use them.

Everything you need to put Protected Trust on a page: the logo in the right files, the colors, the type, and the words that go with our name.

Brand: the logo, the colors, the type.

The name

Protected Trust. Two words, both capitalized, nothing added: not Protected Trust LLC in running text, not PT, not Protected Trust IT. Our line is Concierge IT for Business. If a page wants one sentence: "Concierge IT for Business. Your own IT team, the same people every time, with security in every plan. Florida since 1996."

The logo

The logo with our line is the one to use. On a sponsor board, an event page, a program or a banner, "Concierge IT for Business" tells a room what we do before anyone asks; the name alone does not. The version without the line is for places too small or too narrow to read it: an icon, a footer, a crowded row of sponsors.

Download every file

  • Reach for the version with the line first. Where it cannot be read, the words alone; where even the words cannot, the shield.
  • Use the files as they are. Do not stretch, recolor, outline, add a shadow, or set the logo on a busy photograph.
  • Give it room: clear space on every side at least the height of the shield.
  • Keep it readable: no narrower than 140 pixels on screen, or one inch in print, for the words alone; the line needs about twice that.
  • On dark backgrounds, the white version. Never the navy logo on navy.
  • The registered mark stays with the words.

The colors

Navy#14213a
Orange#d9731a
Slate#5b6577
Pale#f4f4f1
Line#d8dad4
White#ffffff

Navy carries the words. Orange is for the one thing on a page that asks for a click, never for long text. Everything else is pale, white and the thin line.

The type

Headlines are set in Newsreader. Text is Source Sans 3. Both are open typefaces on Google Fonts, so a page that borrows our look needs no license. Where they cannot load, Georgia and Arial stand in.
