The company that runs your technology should be one you can drive to.
Plenty of Polk County businesses buy managed IT from a company two counties away, or from a provider that was bought last year by a bigger one. Ours has been on Avenue B in downtown Winter Haven since 1996, and the people who run your technology work a few rooms from the people who send your invoice.
Three of them learn your company well: a Concierge Lead and two Specialists, backed by everyone else in the building. They learn your people's names, where the cables run, and what was tried last time, so nobody asks you to explain yourself twice.
Who we look after. Practices, firms and agencies of 15 to 150 people across Winter Haven, Lakeland and the rest of Polk County: dental and medical offices, law firms, CPAs, insurers, churches, and the packers and haulers whose people work from a phone on a warehouse floor.
What $125 per person covers, from Avenue B.
This company has built on Microsoft since 1996. In 2019 Microsoft named us Surface Modern Deployment Partner of the Year for setting every client up to one standard, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner today. For a Winter Haven office that shows in small things: a new hire's mailbox, files and phone working on the first morning, a departing person switched off the day they go with nothing lost, and the monthly change Microsoft makes handled before anyone notices.
Your team
Chris Bridges, Javier Pereira, Jonathan Jones and Chris Munoz, from Avenue B, and from your office when a visit is the quicker fix.
Your security
Sign-ins, mailboxes and machines watched day and night by people who act the moment something looks off, not a report read on Monday.
Your devices
Every machine built to one standard, kept current, watched, with a spare on our shelf for the day lightning finds yours.
Your safety net
A backup that lives somewhere else, tested, and wound back to any hour when it has to be.
Your plan and people
Next year planned in plain words, and your staff taught what a scam looks like before one lands.
Microsoft 365
Mailboxes, files and Teams to one standard, Business Premium for each person on the plan, F3 for people who work from a phone or a shared tablet, and every license its own line on the invoice at Microsoft's published price.

Complete
Security is included in the $125, not added on. Your team, your devices, backup, planning and Microsoft 365 care, all in one price per person.
Security + Compliance
The compliance work for offices held to HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule or CJIS, on top of the security everyone already has.
Copilot, AI for work
Microsoft Copilot set up safely, only for the people who need it.
Who you’ll know by name
Four people who know your setup.
When the only person who knows your IT takes a holiday, the whole office waits. Winter Haven clients get a team instead, so nobody explains the office twice. Chris Bridges and Javier Pereira lead. Jonathan Jones handles the big moves and everything Microsoft 365. Chris Munoz drives out to Lakeland, Bartow or Lake Wales when hands are needed.

I keep your business running so you never have to think about technology.

I take on the projects and the stubborn problems, and explain them in plain English.

I handle the big moves: migrations, mergers, new devices, and everything Microsoft 365.

I set up new machines, sort out the network, and come on site when it needs a person.
Changing providers
Nothing moves until you have said yes.
Thirty minutes on the phone
Pedro, Bill or Leah listens first, then tells you straight whether we fit. If we do, you hear what your first month looks like; if not, who else in Polk County to call.
A look at what you have, then a price in writing
We go through your setup while your current provider is still in place. Nothing changes until a plan and a price are on paper and you have said yes.
Your first month
Computers protected, Chris, Javier, Jonathan and Chris introduced to your people by name, and the handover from the old provider done by us.
“Having a partner like Protected Trust for Microsoft licenses, along with knowing we have a resource at Protected Trust like Chris Bridges provides fantastic peace of mind!”
“Technical support people stay on top of Microsoft's ever-changing products and are good and patient educators.”
Not ready to talk yet?
Most owners think they know, until the one person who does is out on a Friday.
Managed IT in Winter Haven, questions
Who is Concierge IT for in Winter Haven?
Polk County practices and firms of 15 to 150 people, a dental office on Cypress Gardens Boulevard, a CPA firm in Bartow, a church office in Lake Wales, that would like an IT team of their own without hiring one.
How long before someone is on it?
On a weekday, usually inside 15 minutes, and it is a person who already knows your office.
How long is the agreement?
One year, or two years and more at the Preferred Rate, our best rate, held for the whole term. Sixty days' notice before it renews, and the agreement is written in plain English.
Which Microsoft 365 license do we need?
Business Premium for each person on Concierge IT, because it carries the protection and the device tools the plan depends on. F3 for a driver or a packer who works from a phone or a shared tablet. E5 only past three hundred people. Licenses are reviewed every time someone joins or leaves.
Can you take over the Microsoft licenses we already pay for?
Yes, whether you buy them from Microsoft or from another provider. The billing moves to our invoice, line by line at Microsoft's price, and we clean up what nobody uses.
How long does a move to Microsoft 365 take for a Winter Haven office?
An old Exchange server in the back room, a hosted provider that keeps raising prices, or Google Workspace: the move is a project, planned with you and quoted before anything starts. A small office stops on Friday and starts on Monday with mail, files and calendars where they left them, after a couple of weeks of preparation; a larger one moves in phases. The old system stays up until the new one is proven. Your phone numbers can live in Teams too, when you are ready.
Our Winter Haven IT company was bought. What now?
Nothing, this month. We have been independent since 1996. A second opinion is half an hour with Pedro, Bill or Leah, then a quiet look at your setup before the new owner changes anything, and a written price. Nothing moves until you have said yes.
Who holds our Microsoft 365 admin keys?
Your firm, always. The admin access, the domain, the DNS and the backups are written down and handed to you, and that record is yours whoever looks after the systems.
See if we fit, in thirty minutes.
If we are the right fit, you hear what the first month looks like. If not, who to call instead.
